Alice Series: Dollhouse

Hi everyone! Heres another look from my new series! If you didn't know, I'm doing looks based on my new Alice: Madness Returns game. Every time Alice travels to a new "realm" in the game, her dress changes based on the scenery. This look was based on the Dollhouse level. I went for a super bright, smokey, pink and purple look. Success.

Extreme Royalty Look

I haven't posted a review in a while, but I have a ton coming- I promise. So I did this look a few days ago, I wanted to create a really purple-y look, since I was afraid of using purple not too long ago. :P I was doing some quick searching for "purple" ish words, and I came across the Wikipedia page for the colour purple to get some ideas, and I came up with "Extreme royalty".

THEN, I was thinking of doing maybe a few mini contests, where contestants submit name ideas for looks I get stumped on naming. I haven't done a contest before, but I've done a few giveaways, so I'll start those soon, hopefully people will enter.

Beautiful shade!

• Packaging:  The eyeshadows come in black packaging, and on the top theres a clear window so you can see and identify the colour of the eyeshadow just by looking at it. Make Up Forever also offers an eyeshadow palette that holds 10 MUFE eyeshadows, available here. The palette is easier to store.
• Product: These eyeshadows are smooth, and very easy to blend. They're pigmented, and I really do enjoy them!
  • Iredescent Lagoon Green #168: is a bright blue-green shade.
• Final Thoughts: Make Up Forever offers a wide variety of shades. These silky shadows are wonderful! They're really worth the money, I would definitely buy them again.

Fire Bird Inspired Makeup on Jane

I did this look while I was in Toronto! I used only eyeshadows, cream eyeliner, and lipstick! It reminds me of the Black Swan. :P I did a technique to make some of the yellow in the inner corners look dusted. I had a lot of fun doing this.
