Addicted to Makeup Photography

If you didn't know, I'm definitely into photography. Check out my deviantART. I post most, if not all, of my makeup pictures there too. Anyways- I got creative yesterday and did a mini photoshoot with makeup. I decided to use some loose pigments and lined it up like coke, hahahah. Check it out, let me know what you think.

Hello! So you may have noticed I changed around the site a bit. It's more organized now, and easier to browse. I'll still be tweaking a few things around before it's actually finished.

In Toronto!

I arrived in Toronto last night, and I've been having a lot of fun since then. My friend Jane actually gave me a QUO nail polish as a gift when I got here, which was really nice of her! On The Train!

I'm currently writing this from the train on my way over to Toronto. I have a couple hours left until im there! Yaaaay!

On my way to the train station, some hobo with no teeth came up to me, handed me three small pieces of paper that all had Russian writing on them. I have nooo idea wtf it says, so I'm getting my friend to translate it for me when I get the chance to take a picture of it and send it to her. Honestly why do some hobos have to act like crackheads? When he handed the papers to me, I was like "What is this?", and he responded "You need to take it" and mumbled off a bunch of gibberish in his hobo language..

Packing Makeup for Toronto!

In my previous post I mentioned how I was going to Toronto tomorrow, well I'm bringing some of my makeup collection in a train case so I can do makeup on my best friend!

I wanted to share how I packed up some of my makeup safely for the train ride. The train case will be in my suitcase, so I wanted to make sure things were secure and hopefully they wont be thrashing around. The top "drawer" contains most of my eyeliners, which didn't need a lot of padding. The second "drawer" is carrying most of my MAC eyeshadows. I put two layers of bubble wrap onto of it to make it extra secure. I don't want any broken MAC eyeshadows! In the bottom tier I have my 88 Palette right on the bottom, with all my NYX and Sephora lipglosses elastic'd together in two seperate groups, I have my brush cleanser, some MAC lipsticks, some MAKE UP FOREVER shadows, as well as some of the brushes I won't be needing in the morning! I topped everything off with another layer of bubble wrap on top.

I'll be bringing another large makeup bag with me (as a carry-on most likely), containing my cleanser, face primer, foundation, concealers, eye primers, makeup brushes, and maybe a couple eyeshadow quads or two.

My train leaves at 12:00 PM tomorrow, and i'll be arriving in Toronto at around 5:00ish PM. I might actually write another blog post that evening, maybe post a couple pictures. :)

Iron Fist Shoe Collection

I ordered a new pair of Iron Fist heels a few weeks ago, and they came in the mail yesterday! Yaaay, I'm so excited to wear them out, they're so pretty! :D I'm hoping to make a huge collection of Iron Fist shoes, I love them all! I have a ton of other Iron Fist clothing too. I also got my boyfriend a prepaid Visa card for Valentine's Day, so he ordered two new Iron Fist hats. :P He already owned the grey and white one (bottom).

New Layout & Labret Tomorrow

Hi! I uploaded a new layout, and everything kinda looks funny because all my images were a little too big for this formatting. It's annoying but I'm not going to go through all of my previous posts and resize my images just because it overlaps the border a bit. :P Information about this layout will be posting under "About" in a day or two. Another thing is my Followers are showing up again :D Go like my page on facebook!

Tomorrow I am going to get my labret piercing done! Yaay! I had the left side of my lip pierced last year but I ended up taking it out a couple months ago. My mom wanted to see what I would look like with a labret piercing, so I did a really quick Photoshop job on a picture of me:

Actually not that bad of a Photoshopping job if you ask me :P Hahaha. Anyways, I kept this picture mainly to compare it to the real thing when I get it done tomorrow. Just for fun, hah. You can look up the makeup I'm wearing here, on my New Years Eve Makeup: Revamped! post.

New Layout & Holiday Info

Hey :) So I changed the layout to something a little more christmas-y. But you can still view my past layouts and credits under my About section. The picture to the left is by Orangegirl69 @ DeviantArt.
I got my hair done yesterday, and it actually took four friggin hours. That's the longest I've ever been in a salon.. and to make it worse, the girl that did my hair couldn't speak English very well. :P Anyways I haven't gotten a picture yet, so I'll do that tomorrow when I post a new look and new Sugarpill swatches and reviews.
