NYX Round Lipglosses: Vamp Red, Queen of Africa, True Red, Peach, Soap Opera Queen, Apricot, Ballerina Pink, 24Karet, Sorbet & Shiny Ice

NYX Girls Round Lip Gloss has 36 pretty shades to highlight the sexy pucker of yours. Feels silky smooth, long lasting and the color in the bottle if the color on.
NYX Girls Round Lip Gloss is a must have for all sexy girls. ($3.00 per tube)
  • Packaging: Each of these lipglosses come in a round tube, about 4/5s the size of a Sephora Lipgloss. The applicator is a sponge brush, but it is shaped a little differently for easier and more precise application.
  • Product: The formula is long lasting and the colours are well pigmented. I actually love the smell of these, it's almost like a fruity smell. It's hard to explain, but I do like it.
    • Vamp Red: is a dark purple shade, but it looks brown in the package.
    • Queen Of Africa: is a bright purple shade.
    • True Red: is a very intense red shade. It applies really nicely.
    • Peach: is a peachy-pink colour with shimmer.
    • Soap Opera Queen: is a bright pink, almost fuchsia colour.
    • Apricot: is an orangy-pink colour.
    • Ballerina Pink: is a light, very pretty pink colour.
    • 24 Karet: is a bright gold colour. It's very well pigmented.
    • Sorbet: is a shimmery pale pink colour.
    • Shiny Ice: is a shimmery white shade.
  • Final Thoughts: These lipglosses are an excellent choice. Each lipgloss is very well pigmented, and the colours and shades vary from dark to clear, so there is a lot of options.

Annabelle Glitterama Liquid Eyeliners Review: Violet Venus, Celestial Sky, Kryptonite, Blue Comet, & Solar Flare

Its long wearing formula is loaded with sparkling micro-glitter particles that catch and reflect the light. Its fine, tapered brush applicator picks up the maximum amount of sparkles and distributes the eyeliner smoothly and evenly. ($7.95 per tube)
  • Packaging: These liquid eyeliners come in tall triangular shaped plastic tubes with black lids. The applicator is a small synthetic brush.
  • Product: The formula is a mix of clearl liquid eyeliner and different coloured glitters. For a full-colour effect I would suggest applying the same colour of a cream or liquid liner underneath the glitter. These glitters generally last pretty long and the colours make your eyes pop.
    • Violet Venus: is a hot pink/purpleish based glitter with specs of green, blue, and yellow.
    • Celestial Sky: is a bright blue based glitter with specs of dark and light blue.
    • Kryptonite: is a bright green based glitter with lime green specs.
    • Blue Comet: is a darker blue based glitter with specs of green, gold and red.
    • Solar Flare: is a bright gold based glitter with specs of beige and light gold glitter.
  • Final Thoughts: These glitters are very reasonably priced, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a decent product for that they pay for. I love each of these shades, the colours are bright and fun. These glitters are available in 6 different shades.

CherryCulture: Valentine's Day 20% Off Sale

How To: De-pot Urban Decay's Primer Potion

Im sure everyone who owns this knows that at some point, you will have to somehow open up the bottle to get all of the product out. So I did a step by step, picture by picture tutorial to show you.

Step 1: You will need a cutting board, a good knife, an empty makeup container (make sure to use a medium sized container), a small concealer brush, and your Primer Potion.

Step 1: On the cutting board, firmly hold the Primer Potion down with one hand, and with the other hand start sawing open the bottle. Make sure to take the wand out FIRST.

Step 2: You don't need to saw through the entire thing, but when it's about 3/4 of the way through, you can stop sawing.

Step 3: You should be able to stretch the bottle apart at this point for easier acess.

Step 4: As you can see, there is a TON of unused Primer. Start scooping it out with the concealer brush into the container. ** I am using Bobbi Brown's concealer jar, but I would recommend something larger.

Step 5: Once again, there is a TON of unused product, and I haven't even gotten it all out in the picture below.

Step 6: Since my jar was too small, I had to take out some of the product and put it back in the middle of the Primer Potion bottle. Make SURE to use something a decent size!

Step 7: I wrapped up the rest of my Primer Potion in plastic wrap. When you go to use your primer, use whatevers left of the Primer Potion bottle first.

Good luck!

Health: Why You Should Never Share Mascara

Sharing makeup is generally something you shouldn't do. Although, there are times where people do share makeup, which is completely understandable.

The biggest no-no of sharing makeup would be mascara. I'll tell you why. Everyone has bacteria on their eyelashes, so when you apply your own mascara, bacteria gets on the wand/bristles. Then when you put the wand back into the tube, aka a dark, moist spot, all of the bacteria multiplies and it gets a lot worse. So when you lend that mascara to a friend, and they pull out that wand, it has all the bacteria on it that was inside the mascara tube. That is why cosmetic counters offer mini mascara wands, so that when you try out a sample mascara, it stays sanitary. :D

Nail Art: Easy Green Tips

I am definitely no nail artist, but this was actually very easy, and you can do it with almost any colours.
I started off by applying two coats of Sally Hansen's New Length's Ceramics. Once that dried, I applied a thin coat of NYX Cosmetic's Sour Lime nail polish (#140) to the tips of my fingers. Once that dried I apply a coat of Revlon's Quick Dry Top Coat. And then I was finished!
